Google Ad Grants & Digital Fundraising Manager

About the role

Green Empowerment NGO is seeking a data‑driven professional to lead its online donation efforts. You will manage the organization’s Google Ad Grants account, creating high‑impact search campaigns that raise awareness of Yemen’s environmental challenges and generate online donations for our inclusive projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns focused on nonprofit fundraising and advocacy.
• Maintain strict compliance with Google Ad Grants policies, including the required 5% click‑through rate.
• Write compelling ad copy that highlights regenerative reforestation, humanitarian relief and inclusive education initiatives.
• Set up conversion tracking to monitor donation performance and user engagement.
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve ROI and expand international outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, especially Google Ad Grants for NGOs.
• Strong understanding of digital fundraising strategies and global donor acquisition.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Passion for humanitarian work, environmental stewardship and the mission of GEFD in Yemen.
