About the role
Agoda is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to join its Finance Innovation and Systems team in Bangkok. You will work on mission‑critical financial systems that support core processes across the fast‑moving online travel business, with the opportunity to redesign workflows and drive system enhancements.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to resolve operational roadblocks within agreed SLA.
- Administer Business‑As‑Usual finance applications, including provisioning, configuration, access review and ongoing maintenance.
- Design, test, and operate core financial systems to ensure operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and recommend feature enhancements and system integrations.
Required profile
- Experience with relational database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL.
- Familiarity with ticket‑management tools like JIRA.
- Strong data‑analytics abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or Oracle Fusion ERP is a plus.
