Electrical Engineer Trainee

About the role

We are seeking energetic Electrical Engineering graduates to join our transformer manufacturing business as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The programme provides hands‑on exposure to transformer design, production, testing, quality assurance and overall electrical engineering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in transformer production, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Support routine electrical testing of transformers according to standards and specifications.
• Participate in quality control and inspection processes.
• Help interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test reports.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain test records and engineering documentation.
• Support troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of technical issues.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates (2025/2026 pass‑outs) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of transformers, power systems, and electrical machines.
• Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and standards.
