Customer Service Associate (Remote)

About the role

Pi Flow is looking for a full‑time, remote Customer Service Associate to handle incoming client inquiries across phone, email and chat. You will guide customers on using the company’s accounting platform, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a smooth, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email and chat in Arabic and English.
• Provide clear guidance on using Pi Flow’s accounting services.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Track and close support tickets while maintaining accurate records.
• Document interactions and contribute feedback to improve FAQs and self‑service resources.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting and product teams to maintain consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow defined processes.
• Previous experience in customer support, call centres or client‑facing roles; fintech or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with online communication tools (chat, video, email platforms).
• Basic office software skills (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
