About the role
Join a multilingual contact centre that supports a leading European travel‑tech platform. As a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative you will engage homeowners, qualify their properties and guide them through the early stages of partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Accurately record and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
- Maintain detailed interaction logs and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a team.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
