Analyst / Senior Analyst – Pricing Optimization (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on pricing optimization across search and display channels, turning experimental data into actionable insights and models.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on search platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Test, analyze and optimize display campaigns on social platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, develop optimization models, and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast‑growing tech company.
• Exposure to data analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA or SQL.
• Strong numerical reasoning and proficiency in Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and a data‑driven mindset.
