About the role
The Technical Support Engineer will serve as the primary customer contact for pre‑sales, sell‑through and post‑sales activities within the region. The role involves providing technical advice, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training on our energy‑storage products.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main customer liaison for pre‑sales, sell‑through and post‑sales engagements.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection, installation, and system operation.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical problems, including handling warranty replacements.
- Conduct local product and technical training sessions for customers.
- Collect product intelligence and perform competitor analysis.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the energy‑storage industry.
- Willingness to travel at least 30 % of the time.
- Strong communication skills with fluent English.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Company does not provide visa sponsorship.
