Finance Systems Analyst (Bangkok Based, relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to join its Finance Innovation and Systems team in Bangkok. You will work on mission‑critical financial systems, contributing to design, testing, and day‑to‑day operations that support the fast‑moving online travel business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional finance and IT teams to resolve operational roadblocks within agreed SLA.
• Administer Business‑As‑Usual finance applications, including provisioning, configuration, access review, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design, test, and enhance core financial system features and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and drive automation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with ticket‑management tools such as JIRA.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or Oracle Fusion ERP is a plus.
