Analytics Specialist (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing Team as an Analytics Specialist based in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, helping to improve customer lifetime value through experimentation, modeling, and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models to assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes, and demand elasticity.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface growth levers and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate analytical findings into implementation road‑maps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 0‑4 years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy roles within a fast‑growing global tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and present findings clearly.
