Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner (Remote)

About the role

Medical Director Services PC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver telemedicine services to nursing homes across multiple states. This fully remote position allows you to work from home while providing high‑quality care to residents nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient health through virtual interviews, physical examinations, and review of medical histories.
• Document all patient interactions and care plans in electronic health records.
• Prescribe medications and perform therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment regimens, wellness, and emotional support.
• Maintain compliance with infection‑control policies, federal, state, and local regulations.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Current Nurse Practitioner license with active privileges in NY, NJ, GA, TX, PA, AL, or MO.
• Minimum of one year of skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience as an NP.
• Ability to work 3‑12 hour shifts (AM or PM) on a remote basis.
• Strong clinical judgment, professional communication, and commitment to patient safety.
