Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst – Bangkok

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Forecasting & Planning Analyst to join Agoda’s Finance team in Bangkok. In this role you will support the company’s rapid growth by driving performance analysis, building forward‑looking plans and delivering accurate forecasts for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and the FP&A team to manage a rolling monthly forecast model.
• Provide timely insights on performance versus budget and forecast, highlighting key levers.
• Prepare and present segments of reports for the Board, shareholders and advisers.
• Develop and maintain KPI and OKR dashboards to track business trends.
• Support budgeting, planning and ad‑hoc analysis activities as required.
• Enhance understanding of Agoda’s business drivers through incisive analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a fast‑growing, data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and senior management.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic, high‑growth setting.
