Finance Systems Analyst – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to join its Finance Innovation and Systems team in Bangkok. You will work on mission‑critical financial systems that support core processes across the fast‑moving online travel business, helping to design, test, and operate solutions that drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to resolve system‑related issues within agreed service levels.
• Administer day‑to‑day finance applications, including provisioning, configuration, access reviews, and maintenance.
• Participate in the design, testing, and rollout of new system features and integrations.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Document processes and support knowledge‑sharing across the finance function.

Required profile

• Experience with relational database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with ticket‑management tools, preferably JIRA.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools or Oracle Fusion ERP is a plus.
