Senior Analyst / Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy

About the role

Agoda is looking for a data‑driven Senior Analyst or Associate Manager to join its Marketing team in Bangkok. You will help design, test, and optimise marketing programmes that drive customer lifetime value across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse experiment data, build predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, pricing elasticity) and work with product teams on implementation.
• Develop dashboards, track performance, extract insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business roles within a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Experience using visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
