Pay Per Click Analyst – Marketing (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s data‑driven Marketing team as a Pay Per Click Analyst, based in Bangkok with relocation support. You will work on scaling measurable marketing programs that improve customer lifetime value across multiple search and travel platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on partners such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, Trivago and other search engines.
• Adapt to new product features and roll out changes from successful tests.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, develop predictive models (e.g., impact of TV campaigns, demand elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation road‑maps.
• Build dashboards to track performance, derive insights, identify growth levers and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑crunching experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business for a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to move fast, make evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of impact.
