B2B Digital Marketing Analyst (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s B2B Digital Marketing team in Bangkok to design, execute and optimise high‑impact marketing campaigns for our global partners. You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Data and regional Marketing teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth for both Agoda and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models and analyse large‑scale experiment data to understand booking impact, demand elasticity and pricing optimisation.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, identify growth levers and present insights to stakeholders.
• Communicate data‑driven recommendations through clear presentations and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business roles within a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
