Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing Team as an Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will drive data‑focused marketing programs across search, display, and modeling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Search: Design, test, and optimise text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu, and Naver.
• Display: Run experiments, analyse performance, and refine campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social channels.
• Modeling: Analyse large experiment datasets, develop optimisation models, and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.
