About the role
Renaissance is seeking a Strategic Account Manager II to lead sales of its K‑12 education technology solutions across a defined territory. The role focuses on driving new business, renewals, and expansion opportunities while serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business, cross‑sell, up‑sell and renewal opportunities within the assigned region.
- Grow the assigned book of business to exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct consultative solution selling aligned with customers’ strategic objectives.
- Lead internal and external partners to develop winning proposals that deliver value.
- Maintain high renewal rates and strong customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Account Executive teams.
- Travel occasionally for customer engagements, conferences and revenue‑generating activities.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Deep knowledge of the K‑12 education market, including public, private and parochial schools.
- Understanding of district purchasing processes, funding cycles and decision‑making structures.
- Ability to engage multiple decision makers and build long‑term relationships.
- Residency in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas or Louisiana.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
