Strategic Account Manager II – K‑12 Education Solutions

About the role

Renaissance is seeking a Strategic Account Manager II to drive growth of its K‑12 education technology portfolio across a designated territory in the Southern United States. You will be the primary point of contact for schools and districts, building long‑term relationships and delivering value‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business, cross‑sell, up‑sell and renewal opportunities by engaging multiple decision‑makers.
• Grow the assigned book of business to exceed revenue targets.
• Lead consultative solution selling, aligning Renaissance products with customers’ unique challenges and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Executives and other internal partners to develop winning proposals.
• Maintain high renewal rates and foster customer loyalty.
• Travel occasionally for customer engagements, conferences and revenue‑generating activities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate long‑term customer relationships.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Residency in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas or Louisiana.
• Deep understanding of K‑12 public, private and parochial school environments, including funding, purchasing processes and decision‑making cycles.
