Technical Gardener

About the role

The Technical Gardener will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the green spaces of our facilities in Al Ahsa. This role requires a strong background in horticulture, landscape design, and practical garden maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform earth removal, hedge pruning, post and fence installation, and planting of grass, shrubs, and trees.
• Apply fertilizers, control pests and plant diseases, and maintain indoor plant collections.
• Prepare flower and vegetable beds, and ensure proper garden layout in small spaces.
• Demonstrate safe gardening methods and supervise crew on tool and equipment usage.
• Follow approved landscape designs or use professional judgment to improve site appearance.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in gardening and landscaping.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills; Arabic is desirable.
• Familiarity with botanical names and seasonal plant varieties.
