Senior Strategy Analyst (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team as a Senior Strategy Analyst based in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, experiment with campaign structures, and develop predictive models that shape the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad and bidding strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, and Trivago.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models, and assess impacts of TV campaigns, pricing changes, and demand elasticity.
• Create dashboards, generate insights, and present recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of experience in data‑intensive roles such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy for a fast‑growing tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience using SAS, R, SPSS, Python, or VBA for data analysis.
