Sales & Procurement Executive

About the role

Canasa is seeking a Sales & Procurement Executive to expand its network of recurring pickup accounts across the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for attracting factories, workshops, contractors and facilities to sell scrap and recyclable material on a regular basis, providing accurate written quotes and ensuring reliable deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran and Jubail and convert them into recurring pickup accounts.
• Prepare and issue written quotations that detail material grade, price per kilo and validity period.
• Maintain existing accounts through regular contact, quick resolution of pricing queries and on‑time pickups.
• Source scrap material from suppliers and the open market, negotiating grade and volume against index prices.
• Coordinate with dispatch and the yard to align quoted volumes, pickup dates and required paperwork.
• Track pipeline, closed accounts, tonnage and margin and report progress to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, procurement or trading, preferably in scrap, recycling, industrial supply or waste management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to negotiate grades and prices while protecting margins.
• Good knowledge of the industrial districts of the Eastern Province and ability to generate cold leads.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and transferable Saudi Iqama.
