Remote Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to deliver telemedicine services to nursing homes across multiple states. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing high‑quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient assessments, including interviews, physical examinations, and review of medical histories.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic regimens in accordance with state regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient management plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to identify and address short‑term and long‑term patient care issues.
• Adhere to infection‑control policies, federal, state, and local regulations, and professional standards.
• Participate in ongoing education, professional societies, and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current Nurse Practitioner license with active privileges in NY, NJ, GA, TX, PA, AL, or MO.
• Minimum of one year experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) as an NP.
• Ability to work 3‑12 hour shifts (AM or PM) on a remote schedule.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient‑centered care.
