Pricing Optimization Analyst (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team as a Pricing Optimization Analyst in Bangkok. You will design and run pricing experiments, build predictive models, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive revenue and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with pricing strategies across traffic sources and customer segments, and roll out successful tests.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, develop demand‑elasticity models, and collaborate with product teams on implementation roadmaps.
• Create dashboards, track performance metrics, and present insights and growth levers to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Exposure to data‑analysis tools and strong numerical reasoning.
• Proficiency in Excel and a curiosity for solving complex problems.
