Marketing Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok and help shape measurable, at‑scale programs that boost customer lifetime value. The role involves experimenting with campaign structures, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor, Trivago and other search engines.
• Develop predictive models to evaluate the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing optimisation and other marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track performance, derive insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and data‑science teams to implement findings and roll out successful tests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions quickly and efficiently.
