HR Specialist

About the role

canasa is looking for an HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle for its Dammam yard in the 2nd Industrial City. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure payroll, statutory filings, recruitment, contracts and training are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime, deductions, advances and final settlements.
• Register employees and file contributions through GOSI, Qiwa and other Saudi labour platforms, keeping statutory records current.
• Post open positions, screen applications, schedule interviews and complete onboarding with contracts, PPE briefing and personnel files.
• Draft, issue and renew employment contracts; maintain records of leave, warnings, certificates and expiry dates.
• Coordinate Iqama sponsorship changes, labour‑office matters and liaise with the PRO to prevent issues.
• Arrange induction, safety briefings and skills training; retain attendance and certification records.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in HR, payroll or personnel administration in Saudi Arabia, covering a complete payroll cycle and GOSI filing.
• Working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa and employment contracts.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated discretion handling salaries, Iqama details and private employee files.
• Valid, transferable Saudi Iqama.
