Box Truck Driver (Non CDL)

About the role

Join Planet Aid, a mission‑driven organization that collects and recycles used textiles to protect the environment and support sustainable development worldwide. As a Box Truck Driver (Non CDL), you will operate a box truck (up to 20 ft) to pick up donated textiles and deliver them safely to designated locations.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes, working 4 days per week with 10‑hour shifts (including Saturdays).
• Service donation bins by collecting, cleaning, and maintaining sites.
• Load and transport donated materials to designated locations.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, driving regulations, and DOT physical requirements.
• Communicate route, site, or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of box‑truck or similar driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and work outdoors.
