Associate Manager, Customer Marketing – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is seeking an Associate Manager for Customer Marketing to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. The role focuses on designing and executing data‑driven marketing programs that enhance customer lifetime value across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Analyze large datasets from experiments, build predictive models to assess impacts of TV campaigns, pricing elasticity and other levers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, generate insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy/business role at a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Proven ability to work with data analysis tools and databases.
