WASH Consortium Coordinator (Re‑advertised)

About the role

Serve as the primary leader of the Consortium Management Unit (CMU) and the secretariat for the Consortium Steering Committee (CSC), ensuring strategic alignment, effective coordination between partners, and successful delivery of the ECHO HIP 2026 project deliverables and other potential funding.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the CMU and act as secretariat for the Consortium Steering Committee.
• Ensure strategic alignment of all partners and activities.
• Coordinate multi‑partner efforts to deliver ECHO HIP 2026 project outcomes.
• Oversee donor proposal development and manage project reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in international development, social sciences or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of humanitarian management experience, including facilitating complex consortia and leading successful ECHO proposals in conflict settings.
• Technical knowledge in WASH, public health engineering and promotion, and understanding of links to nutrition outcomes.
• Proven people‑management and multi‑partner coordination skills.
• Commitment to feminist principles, gender inclusion and safeguarding.
