Training Delivery Specialist – Instruction & Design

About the role

The Training Delivery Specialist will serve as a key instructor for our training organisation, delivering high‑quality programmes that meet client and organisational needs. You will combine instructional design expertise with strong facilitation skills to create engaging, learner‑centred experiences both in‑person and virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop standards‑aligned training materials across technical, professional, leadership and language subjects.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to ensure content relevance and alignment with client objectives.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions, adapting style and pace for diverse learner groups, including English‑as‑a‑second‑language participants.
• Manage the full session lifecycle – preparation, platform/room configuration, delivery, assessment and post‑training review.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing course content to stay accurate, compliant and reflective of best practice.
• Support accreditation processes by preparing documentation for bodies such as CMI or APM.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies and classroom facilitation techniques.
• Ability to tailor materials for British and Arabic speaking audiences and diverse learner profiles.
• Flexibility, learner‑focused mindset and strong collaboration skills with the broader training team.
• Awareness of professional training standards and regional regulatory requirements.
