Senior Analyst – Supply Analytics (Bangkok, Relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s Supply Analytics team in Bangkok as a Senior Analyst. You will translate business briefs into data‑driven projects, work directly with partners, and help shape the supply ecosystem that powers Agoda’s travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Convert internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions, forming hypotheses, and storyboarding results.
• Extract and analyze data from large‑scale warehouses, delivering statistically robust insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities within supply and the broader business.
• Lead new analytical initiatives that improve organisational efficiency and influence Agoda’s supply strategy.
• Scale data, insight, and intelligence usage across the Supply organization.
• Automate manual operational processes and quantify time‑savings from modernised workflows.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience as an Analyst in analytics, data science, insights, strategy, or business intelligence.
• Advanced, hands‑on experience with SQL.
• Strong knowledge of data‑visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and communicate findings clearly.
