Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Strategic Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level analyst or associate manager to join Agoda’s Strategy & Analytics team within Strategic Partnerships. Based in Bangkok (relocation assistance provided), you will help drive growth for our accommodation partners by turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze supply‑side data, build performance‑tracking models and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Support strategic projects, contribute ideas to meet business targets and evaluate outcomes with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, calculators and data feeds to streamline product and operational processes.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, consulting or financial modelling within e‑commerce, tech, consulting or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative discipline such as analytics, engineering, statistics, mathematics or finance.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑changing environment.
