SAP Cybersecurity Expert

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Cybersecurity Expert to join Siemens Healthineers in Atlanta. The role focuses on protecting our SAP landscape that supports critical healthcare technology and patient‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security controls for SAP systems.
• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability management and SAP system monitoring.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with SAP Basis, functional and IT security teams.
• Configure and manage SAP security tools such as SAP GRC and SAP Solution Manager.
• Perform user access reviews, segregation of duties analysis and remediation.
• Develop and deliver SAP security awareness training and documentation.
• Support audit and compliance activities and stay current with SAP security patches and threats.
• Participate in SAP upgrades and new module implementations from a security perspective.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
• Minimum five years of experience as an SAP Basis administrator or in a comparable SAP security role.
• Proven experience with SAP Basis, security risk assessment and GRC tools (Onapsis, Code for Control).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA and NIST.
