Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead our commercial activities in the food production and FMCG sector, driving growth across local and regional markets. You will be responsible for building high‑performing teams, nurturing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Manage relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new sales channels, regions, or product lines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies proactively.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure accurate forecasting, timely delivery, and stock availability.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan promotional activities, trade shows, and brand campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance, forecast, and market insight reports for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with major clients and distributors, ensuring profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the food production or FMCG sector.
• Proven experience in wholesale sales (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
