Sales Executive

About the role

Naapbooks, a developer of visitor management, ERP, supply‑chain and analytics software, is looking for a Sales Executive to drive both inbound and outbound sales across Gujarat. You will qualify leads from marketing campaigns, conduct demos, negotiate and close deals, while also generating your own prospect pipeline through field visits, exhibitions and networking.

Key responsibilities

• Generate your own leads by meeting prospects, leveraging personal network and attending industry events.
• Represent Naapbooks at trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars, deliver live product demos and collect qualified contacts.
• Build and manage a territory covering industrial estates, hospitals, schools, housing societies and facility‑management firms in Ahmedabad and the wider Gujarat region.
• Maintain all leads in the CRM, qualify budget, decision‑maker, timeline and use‑case before demo.
• Conduct online and on‑site product demonstrations after training.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and follow a defined cadence to close deals.
• Convert won opportunities into sales orders and hand over to the delivery team.
• Upsell additional modules and manage renewals for existing customers.
• Report weekly on pipeline, activities and forecast.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of sales experience; freshers and experienced closers considered.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including occasional weekend events.
• Ability to start conversations with cold prospects and drive them toward a decision.
• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; professional working English for written communication.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and presenting in unfamiliar offices.
• Own a two‑wheeler, valid driving licence and ability to travel within Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
• Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
