Remote Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

About the role

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth mental health services to clients in Alabama. The position is fully remote, with primary hours in evenings and weekends, allowing you to build a flexible schedule while delivering high‑quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based, compassionate therapy to individuals, couples, and children.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 10 sessions and be available for 15 hours per week.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) tools for documentation and client communication.
• Support client progress, collaborate with peers, and participate in monthly case consultations.

Required profile

• Independent licensure in Alabama (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP, etc.).
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote caseload.
• Comfort with treating a diverse range of client needs via telehealth.
• Commitment to client outcomes and professional growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) tools.
