Remote Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

About the role

We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth mental health services to a diverse client base. This remote position allows you to work independently while delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care through modern clinical technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based mental health treatment to individuals, couples, and children.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 therapy sessions and 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Collaborate with a clinical community for support, case consultations, and engagement.
• Manage client progress and treatment plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) tools effectively.

Required profile

• Independently licensed in Alabama (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP).
• Comfortable working with various client populations and treatment modalities.
• Strong technological proficiency with telehealth and EHR platforms.
• Team‑oriented with a commitment to client progress.
