Remote Licensed Talk Therapist (Fee-for-Service)

About the role

We are seeking licensed mental‑health clinicians to deliver telehealth therapy on a fee‑for‑service basis. The position is fully remote, with most sessions scheduled during evenings and weekends, allowing you to work around other commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based individual, couples and child therapy via secure telehealth platforms.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 client sessions per week and be available for at least 15 hours weekly.
• Document sessions in electronic health records and adhere to all compliance standards.
• Participate in case consultations, supervision and peer support within a collaborative clinical community.

Required profile

• Independently licensed in Alabama (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP).
• Commitment to measurable client progress and willingness to work with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Experience using electronic health record systems.
