Printer Technician

About the role

Lenoviz LLC is seeking a full‑time Printer Technician to join its on‑site team in the Al Wahdah District. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a range of printers and related office equipment, ensuring smooth printing operations for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and perform routine preventive maintenance on printers and office devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network‑related printing issues.
• Repair equipment, replace faulty parts, and manage inventory of printer supplies.
• Provide technical support to end users, addressing printing and connectivity problems.
• Coordinate with IT and operations teams to minimize downtime.
• Document all service activities and ensure compliance with company safety standards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with printers and desktop computers, including installation and configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and network printing issues.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP configuration and print servers.
• Previous experience in technical support or field technician roles, preferably in office equipment or IT services.
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in electronics or IT are a plus.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with non‑technical users.
• Willingness to work on‑site, handle multiple service requests, and follow health and safety practices.
