Pest Control Supervisor

About the role

The Pest Control Supervisor will lead on‑site pest management activities for our clients in Al Ahsa. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that contractor teams deliver high‑quality, compliant pest control services while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of contractor personnel engaged in pest control operations.
• Monitor work performance to guarantee complete and satisfactory execution of service contracts.
• Provide guidance, training, and on‑the‑job support to field staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Report progress, issues, and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pest control services.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong leadership and self‑motivation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
