Outbound Sales Intern

About the role

Desert Digital OÜ is offering a part‑time Outbound Sales Intern position for ambitious individuals who want hands‑on experience in real‑world sales and business development. The internship is designed as a career‑building opportunity with the potential to transition into a full‑time permanent role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, online databases and other outbound channels.
• Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email and LinkedIn messages.
• Qualify leads based on needs, budget and decision‑making authority.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
• Log calls, emails and meetings accurately in the CRM system.
• Learn outbound sales strategies, objection handling and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Students, fresh graduates or career starters interested in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with cold calling.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and disciplined.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot) is a plus.
