National MEAL Coordinator (Fixed‑term)

About the role

The MEAL Coordinator will report to the Program Quality, Accountability, and Learning (PQAL) Manager and lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities for the PRO project in Marib. The role ensures that MEAL systems are functional, data quality is high, and findings are used to improve program performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the project’s MEAL plan, including logframe, IPTT, FCRM tracker, activity calendar and budget.
• Oversee data collection tools, conduct surveys (baseline, endline, satisfaction, etc.), and ensure timely analysis and reporting.
• Supervise and build capacity of MEAL officers/assistants through trainings, coaching and regular monitoring visits.
• Maintain and update project indicators, MOVs, and ensure data entry into KOBO, LogAlto or MS Excel/Access platforms.
• Document lessons learned, conduct end‑of‑project reviews and share best practices across projects.

Required profile

• Yemeni national, eligible for a fixed‑term contract until 31 December 2026.
• Proven experience in MEAL coordination, supervising staff and managing surveys in humanitarian settings.
• Familiarity with Relief International policies, SOPs and data management standards.
