Multisectoral Project Manager – Humanitarian Programs

About the role

Solidarités International seeks a Multisectoral Project Manager to lead the design, implementation and monitoring of humanitarian programmes in Marib. The role combines strategic planning, field coordination and partnership management to address water, sanitation, food security and livelihoods needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and update multi‑year and annual strategies in collaboration with senior management.
• Lead situation analyses, needs assessments and the drafting of technical project proposals.
• Plan, supervise and monitor project implementation, ensuring compliance with SI, donor and national requirements.
• Integrate cross‑cutting themes such as gender, environment, protection and market‑based approaches.
• Prepare and submit internal and donor reports, and represent SI in stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee HR processes for the project team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation and capacity building.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑sectoral humanitarian projects in conflict‑affected settings.
• Strong ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with MEAL, finance, logistics and security units.
• In‑depth knowledge of donor compliance, environmental and gender integration standards.
• Excellent analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making and risk mitigation.
