Multilingual Pronunciation QA Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Multilingual Pronunciation QA Specialist to review pre‑recorded name audio for graduation ceremonies in the US, Canada and the UK. The role involves listening to synthetic and human voice recordings and flagging any pronunciation or quality issues before the final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to pre‑recorded name audio clips using a computer and headphones.
• Identify and flag pronunciation inaccuracies, mispronunciations, or audio quality problems.
• Provide clear feedback for correction on Tassel’s administrative platform.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple languages and dialects.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate or master’s student in linguistics, phonetics or a related field.
• Bilingual or multilingual with strong listening abilities.
• High attention to detail and interest in language pronunciation.
• Reliable internet connection of at least 200 Mbps.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Chrome browser.
