Mid/Senior Automation QA Engineer

About the role

CSoft is looking for a Mid/Senior Automation QA Engineer to join its software development team in Varna. You will be part of a long‑standing company that creates banking and financial software used by institutions across Bulgaria and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for core banking and digital banking applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA specialists to define test strategies.
• Execute automated test suites, analyse results, and report defects.
• Continuously improve test frameworks and automation processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality‑first culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
