About the role

Impact Consulting is seeking a full‑time, hybrid Member of the Board of Advisors to join its leadership team in Yemen. Based primarily in Sana'a with the flexibility to work remotely, the advisor will provide strategic guidance, support business decisions, and help drive the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in strategic planning and long‑term vision setting.
• Foster partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
• Offer insights on financial planning, fundraising strategies, and resource allocation.
• Provide recommendations for marketing, branding, and research initiatives.
• Collaborate regularly with senior management and attend on‑site meetings in Sana'a.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in an advisory or senior leadership role is preferred.
• Knowledge of regional development challenges and market dynamics in Yemen is an asset.
