Marketing Manager

About the role

Red Sea Crown Consulting is seeking a full‑time Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility. The role is based on‑site in Aden City and works closely with leadership, consultants, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media, content creation, and email marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
• Oversee marketing budgets, prepare performance reports, and support business development with targeted materials.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and consultants to align marketing activities with client‑focused solutions and long‑term strategic goals.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies, plan campaigns, and position brands.
• Experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media, content creation, and email marketing.
• Strong research and data‑analysis skills to produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Project‑management experience in fast‑paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in consulting or professional services is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Aden City and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
