Marketing Analyst (Bangkok) – Data‑Driven Role

About the role

Join Agoda's data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok and help shape measurable, at‑scale programs that boost customer lifetime value. You will work across multiple marketing channels, leveraging experiments, predictive models and dashboards to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, price elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
• Create and maintain dashboards, generate insights, identify growth levers and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business roles at a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Experience using visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
