Lead Analyst – Supply Analytics (Bangkok, relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Lead Analyst to join its Supply Analytics team in Bangkok. You will own end‑to‑end analytical projects that shape the company’s supply strategy and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refine questions, develop hypotheses and storyboard findings.
• Extract and analyse data from large‑scale data warehouses and deliver statistically robust insights to business stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities within the supply ecosystem and propose data‑driven recommendations.
• Lead new analytical initiatives that improve organisational efficiency and influence supply‑side decisions.
• Scale data, insight and intelligence capabilities across the Supply organisation.
• Automate manual operational processes and quantify time‑savings from modernised workflows.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience as an Analyst in analytics, data science, insights, strategy or business intelligence.
• Advanced, hands‑on experience with SQL.
• Strong experience with data‑visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
