Hub Coordinator – Humanitarian Hub, Marib

About the role

The Hub Coordinator will manage the overall Humanitarian Hub in Marib, Yemen, supporting IOM’s mission to deliver health, WASH, shelter and protection services to internally displaced persons and other vulnerable populations.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination with partners and UN agencies to identify day‑to‑day needs of the Hub.
• Contribute to planning and provide practical recommendations to achieve the Hub’s objectives.
• Ensure the Hub’s facilities remain functional and well‑maintained on a daily basis.
• Coordinate repair, maintenance and installation of both conventional and temporary infrastructure with building contractors, procurement and logistics teams.
• Monitor contractor performance, verify adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with logistics and procurement staff for effective contract management.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and direct supervision of the Field Coordinator.
• Experience in coordinating with multiple partners and agencies in a humanitarian setting.
• Familiarity with facility management and basic contract oversight.
