About the role
Sysmex is seeking a Hemostasis Strategic Consultant to lead all hemostasis sales activities across the Southeast United States (South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama). The consultant will work closely with health‑system account managers, corporate account executives and cross‑functional teams to drive growth of Sysmex’s hemostasis portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a detailed territory plan to meet annual sales targets for reagents, digital solutions and hardware.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to complex negotiations and contract closure.
- Collaborate with HSAMs, regional sales directors, technical service, marketing and corporate accounts to align strategies and win high‑value contracts.
- Present the “Lab‑of‑the‑Future” vision, highlighting integration of hemostasis products with specialty testing, automation and digital platforms.
- Deliver clinical, operational and financial presentations to hospital leadership.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and use analytics to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling laboratory diagnostics or medical‑device solutions.
- Strong understanding of hemostasis testing, reagents and related hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior hospital audiences.
